About the venue
This estate lake situated in Everton (near Lymington) offers members the opportunity of catching wild carp on lighter tackle. These pretty fish averaging 5lb to 7lb give an excellent account of themselves and are the traditional long and lean looking fish. As well as these classic carp, other species include rudd, roach, bream, tench, pike and perch.

Mirrors and commons are also present, as well as a few ghost carp. There have been a couple of fish caught nudging the 25lb mark. Set in pretty woodland with some beautiful lilly beds, the dam end of the lake reaches depths of fourteen feet in places shallowing up towards the narrower top end of the lake, where the depth rises to around three or four feet.

This water is for day fishing only and there are toilet facilities on site.
