CAC was founded in 1938, and is now one of the longest established fishing clubs in the UK. Our dedicated website has been designed to benefit our members and those looking for more information about fishing opportunities in the local area to demonstrate how joining CAC could benefit you.
We have some of the best fishing in the area for both coarse and game fishing enthusiasts. Our fisheries include some of the best stretches of the Dorset Stour and Hampshire Avon and some fantastic lakes. The Club owns the fishing rights to many of its waters and we pride ourselves in investing in our waters, so that they continue to deliver excellent fishing for our members.

We employ an Office Manager for 16 hours per week to run the administration of the club. These hours are worked Monday-Thursday (the office is closed Friday-Sunday).
During working hours membership applications are processed, emails and telephone messages are responded to, banking is undertaken and our tackle shop agents are visited to collect cash, ticket stubs and deliver stationery.
